Steve Fister's name is well known in the murky dwelling of little known shred masters, and for good reason. This guy can shred! His playing is a strange cross between John Petrucci and Robin Trower, and it has to be heard to be really appreciated. Steve has obviously earned the respect of fellow musicians, as he displays a powerful rhythm section on this disc consisting of Stu Hamm on bass (Joe Satriani, Steve Vai) and Tommy Aldridge (Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake) on drums, Michael Cartalone (Damn Yankees, Lynyrd Skynyrd) on drums and Jerry Watts (Andy Summers, Simon Phillips) on bass. So if you're also a drummer and or bass player, you're gonna want to pick this disc up as well.

On a personal note, I would really, REALLY like to see Steve perform live. So if you ever get the chance to see Steve play live, don't be the fool on the block who misses it!
