On Dreams And Expressions, Michael Schenker gets an A+ for originality as it is unlike any other instrumental guitar album I have ever heard. A collection of mad riffs and incredible leads, Dreams and Expressions ventures deep into the mind and soul of one of Rock's premier guitarists. Let me explain to you what I'm talking about, 20 short instrumental tracks (the longest one clocking in at just over 3 minutes) that can stand on their own, but also flow together like a shred fairy tale.

Soulful and emotive, Dreams And Expressions will remain in your player for a long time. Why? There's so much of it to discover and appreciate that you won't want to put it down! From straight out shred, to blues, to pseudo-latin grooves, this album has it all. Michael Shcenker plays like a madman in fiery fashion, I'm talking flawless guitar playing -truly a pleasure to listen to. Joining him in power trio format are the world tag team champions of shred, bassist Barry Sparks and drummer Shane Gaalaas.

Michael himself calls Dreams And Expressions "his best instrumental work" and I tend to agree. It's certainly his most creative instrumental work to date and it's much more interesting than Adventures Of The Imagination, his previous instrumental effort. Dreams And Expressions is an item you should definitely own.
